Sexual Harassment of Women at Work Place (Prevention, Prohibition and Redressal) Act, 2013

This Act was enacted by the Union Government and come into force with effect from 9^th December 2013. As per the provisions of sub-section 4 of Section 8 of the Act empowered to the State Government to make the Rules, however Rules are not yet made.
