Employees’ Provident Funds Act, 1952

(Central Act 19 of 1952)

It is extended to the Union Territory Goa, Daman and Diu by the Goa, Daman & Diu ( Laws) No. 2 Regulation 1963 (Central Act 11 of 1963) promulgated by the President of India under Article 240 of the Constitution of India, published in the Government Gazette Series I No. 22 dated 29/5/1964 came into force with effect from 1st July,1964 as the date appointed by the Lieutenant Governor of Goa, Daman and Diu vide Notification published in the Government Gazette Series I No. 27 dated 2/7/1964.
