Dock Workers (Regulation of Employment)(Inapplicability to Major Port ) Act, 1948
(Central Act 9 of 1948)
This Act is extended by the Central Government to the Union Territory Goa, Daman and Diu under powers conferred by section 6 of the Goa, Daman and Diu (Administration) Act, 1962 (1 of 1962), vide G.S.R. No.1850 dated 30-12-1964 published in the Gazette of Government of India, Extraordinary dated 30-12-1964 Part-II Section 3,Sub-Section (1).
