Agricultural Produce (Grading and Marking) Act, 1937
(Central Act 1 of 1937)
This Act is extended by the Central Government to the Union Territory Goa, Daman and Diu under powers conferred by section 6 of the Goa, Daman and Diu (Administration) Act, 1962 (1 of 1962), vide G.S.R. No.679 dated 1st May 1965 published in the Gazette of Government of India, Extraordinary dated 8-5-1969 Part-II Section 3, Sub-Section (1).
