Pension Fund Regulatory and Development Authority Act 2013

 (Act No. 23 of 2013)

 The Act is passed by the Union Government in 2013. As per sub-Section 4 of Section 12 of the Act State Government may extent the Act to its employees. The Government vide Notification No. 12/4/2004-Fin(R&C) Part-I dated 20-8-2019 extended the Act for its employees.
