State Financial Corporations Act, 1951

  (Central Act No. 63 of 1951) 

It is extended to the Union Territory Goa, Daman and Diu by the Goa, Daman & Diu (Laws) No.2 Regulation,1963 (Central Act 11 of 1963) promulgated by the President of India under Article 240 of the Constitution of India, published in the Government Gazette Series –I No. 22 dated 29/5/1964 and came in to force with effect from 1^st February 1964  as the date appointed by the Lieutenant Governor of Goa, Daman and Diu vide Notification published in the Government Gazette Series- I No.7  dated  13/2/1964.

Section 47 of the Act empowered to the State Government to make the Rules, however Rules are not yet made.
