The details of these laws were provided in Annexure I attached to the said reply. In that list, this PORTARIA is mentioned at Serial No. 40. In Portuguese, the term “PORTARIA” means “Order.” This Order was issued during the Portuguese era on 17th February 1955, approving the fee structure for physicians. It now appears to be outdated and no longer relevant.
