The Readjustment of Representation of Scheduled Tribes in Assembly Constituencies of the State of Goa Act, 2025 seeks to ensure effective democratic participation of Scheduled Tribes by enabling reservation of Assembly seats under Article 332. It empowers the Election Commission to readjust constituencies, reflecting the increased Scheduled Tribes population and constitutional requirements. This Act came into frce w.e.f. 6th August 2026
