It is extended to the Union Territory Goa, Daman and Diu by the Goa, Daman & Diu (Laws) No.2 Regulation 1963 (Central Act 11 of 1963) promulgated by the President of India under Article 240 of the Constitution of India, published in the Government Gazette Series –I No. 22 dated 29/5/1964 and came in to force with effect from 1st April 1964 as the date appointed by the Lieutenant Governor of Goa, Daman and Diu vide Notification published in the Government Gazette Series- I No. 13 dated 31/3/1964.This file contains:-Rules framed by the State Government of Goa.Notifications issued by the State Government under the provisions of Act & Rules. This Act stands repealed with effect from 21st November 2025, in accordance with Section 143 of the Occupational Safety, Health and Working Conditions Code, 2020.(Central Act 37 of 2020)
