Real Estate (Regulation and Development) Act, 2016
(Central Act No. 16 of 2016)
This Act comes into force w.e.f. 1-5-2016. Section 84 empower to appropriate Government (with reference to Goa, State Government) to make Rules within 6 months from the commencement of the Act. The State Government Notified DRAFT RULES in the Official Gazette Series-I No.21 dated 24-8-2017.
