Suits Valuation Act, 2025

This Act was enacted by the State Legislature with the objective “to prescribe the mode of valuing certain suits for the purpose of determining the jurisdiction of courts.” While bringing this Act into force, the earlier law, “The Goa Suits Valuation Act, 1965 (Act No. 13 of 1965),” was repealed. For comparative study, both the earlier Act and the present Act are included in this file.
