Suits Valuation Act, 2025

This Act was enacted by the State Legislature with the objective “to prescribe the mode of valuing certain suits for the purpose of determining the jurisdiction of courts.” While bringing this Act into force, the earlier law, “The Goa Suits Valuation Act, 1965 (Act No. 13 of 1965),” was repealed. This Act came into force w.e.f. 15th November 2025
