The Goa (Right of Citizens to Time-Bound Delivery of Public Services) Act, 2013 (Goa Act 19 of 2013), which has been passed by the Legislative Assembly of Goa on 2-5-2013 and assented to by the Governor of Goa on 19-6-2013, and accept Section 17 to 23 remaining Act came into force w.e.f. 5-2-2014
