S.C., S.T. & O.B.C. Certificate regulation Act 2023

In order to provide for the regulation of the issuance and verification of the Caste Certificates to the persons belonging to the Scheduled Castes, Scheduled Tribes and Other Backward Classes Category Goa State Lgislative Assembely has passed this Act on 03-08-2023 and assented to by the Governor of Goa on 1-12-2023
