Hoardings (Regulation and Control) Act, 2025

For the purpose of ensuring effective regulation, issuance of permissions, and monitoring of hoardings in the State of Goa, the Legislative Assembly of Goa has enacted an Act, which received the assent of the Governor of Goa on 11th October 2025. The Act shall come into force on such date as may be notified by the Government.
