Building and Other Construction Workers’ (Regulation of Employment and Conditions of Service) Act, 1996

This Act was enacted by the Union Government and come into force with effect from 1st March 1996 This file contain:- The Goa Building and Other Construction Workers’ (Regulation of Employment and Conditions of Service) Rules, 2008;(Amended upto october, 2018) Notification/Order issued by the State Government. This Act stands repealed with effect from 21st November 2025, in accordance with Section 143 of the Occupational Safety, Health and Working Conditions Code, 2020. ( Central Act 37 of 2020)
