Trade Unions Act, 1926

It is extended to the Union Territory Goa, Daman and Diu by the Goa, Daman & Diu (Laws) Regulation, 1962 (Central Act 12 of 1962) promulgated by the President of India under Article 240 of the Constitution of India, published in the Government Gazette Series –I No. 41 dated 6/12/1962 and came in to force with effect from 19th December 1962 as the date appointed by the Lieutenant Governor of Goa, Daman and Diu vide Notification published in the Official Gazette Series- I No. 42 dated 15/12/1962. This file contains :- The Goa Daman & Diu Trade Union Regulation 1963. Notifications issued by the State Government under the provisions of Act & Rules. This Act stands repealed with effect from 21st November 2025, in accordance with Section 104 of the Industrial Relations Code, 2020. (35 of 2020).
