Rules of Procedure and Conduct of Business of the Goa Legislative Assembly

As provided under Article 208 of the Constitution of India, the Goa State Legislative Assembly approved the Rules of Procedure and Conduct of Business of the Goa Legislative Assembly on 18 December 1992, based on the recommendations of the Rules Committee. Thereafter, from time to time, certain amendments were carried out as suggested by the House Committee and adopted by the House. The Department of Legislative Affairs published a compilation of these Rules on 21 August 2014, which is hereby published for general information.
