Forward Contracts (Regulation) Act, 1952
(Central Act 74 of 1952)
This Act is extended by the Central Government to the Union Territory Goa, Daman and Diu under powers conferred by section 6 of the Goa, Daman and Diu (Administration) Act, 1962 (1 of 1962), vide G.S.R. No.962 dated 24-6-1967 published in the Gazette of Government of India, Extraordinary dated 1-7-1967 Part-II Section 3, Sub-Section (1).
